Project Overview
AMS was tasked with developing a Technical data package and Evaluation Matrix to allow the TSB to objectively assess prospective vendors of voyage data recorder systems & services. The TDP and evaluation matrix incorporated all pertinent technical, programmatic, legislative & policy requirements and contained a standardized procedure for shipboard data collection & analysis.
Delivery
The draft TDP & evaluation matrix were successfully delivered to the client in accordance with the baseline schedule. Following a collaborative review & subsequent comments reconciliation activities, the deliverables were fully accepted by the client as fit for purpose.
